It is for homeless and rough sleeping men and women with complex needs, predominantly with substance use issues and/or mental ill health.

All referrals are through Croydon Council.

On average from 3 - 6 months.
What are the facilities?
There are 28 two bed flats which include their own bedroom, shared bathroom and kitchen; there are 4 one bed flats. The accommodation is spread over four floors, one of which is a woman only floor with a secure area; certain flats are dedicated as abstinent areas. There is a large communal area with a range of workshop/meeting spaces, a kitchenette and lounge area. There is a large garden and patio area.
What support do you get?
Each project worker co-ordinates the support for approximately 6 clients; they provide intensive key working supplemented by in-reach provided by specialist agencies relating to alcohol or drug use, mental health or physical health needs. We run a range of workshops which focus on education, employment, training, welfare benefit and debt advice. The aim is to deliver a range of activities that ensure the environment is busy and promotes motivation. Customers should be prepared for change, to make improved lifestyle choices and work towards their goals and aspirations.
